Date Night at Pirata is an exceptional opportunity for first dates, long term lovers, old flames and more to indulge in an enchanting evening filled with delectable Italian cuisine, exquisite drinks, and a top-notch romantic atmosphere. From the moment guests step through our doors, they will be transported to a realm of love and passion, where every detail has been carefully crafted to create the perfect ambiance.
At the heart of Date Night is a bespoke special Menu custom-made for couples. Each dish has been thoughtfully curated to strike the ideal balance, offering a tantalising array of flavours best shared between partners. Let your taste buds dance as you begin your culinary journey with a 24-month aged Burrata and Parma Ham, followed by Tuna Carpaccio alla Norma, where seared Yellowfin tuna meets eggplant, oregano, and cherry tomatoes, perfectly harmonising textures and flavours.
As you venture further into the evening, prepare to share a pasta course that is a nod to a classic love story. “Lilli e il vagabondo” Meatballs & Spaghetti brings homemade pasta served with our signature M.M.M Meatballs made with a succulent blend of pork and beef. It’s a dish that encapsulates the essence of shared enjoyment and celebration.
For the main course, guests can choose between two sensational options. Pirata’s Signature Butcher’s Cut is a Flank steak Tagliata served with arugula and cherry tomatoes, expertly cooked to perfection. Alternatively, the Wild Caught Barramundi offers a delightful combination of flavours, featuring zucchini puree, roasted bell peppers, and a touch of anchovies for a delightful hint of the sea.
No romantic evening is complete without a divine dessert, and Pirata has prepared the Grande Tiramisu to leave guests in awe. Made with layers of mascarpone, delicate ladyfingers soaked in coffee and Marsala, this classic Italian delight is the perfect sweet ending to your romantic journey.
To complement the meal, Pirata presents an optional yet highly recommended pairing of drinks, including bubbles, Italian wine, and cocktails, priced at additional HKD148 per person. The welcome drink features the Ferrari Brut Trento DOC, a sparkling Chardonnay from Trentino. The starter course is accompanied by the Marchesi Frescobaldi Pomino Bianco, a vibrant Chardonnay from Tuscany. The main course is paired with the Torti Oltrepò Pavese, a delightful Pinot Noir from Lombardia. Finally, the Grande Tiramisu is enjoyed with the Siciliano Martini, a captivating blend of coffee, Italian Amaro, and sweet vermouth.
For added convenience and peace of mind, Pirata offers the option to prepay for the evening. By taking care of all arrangements in advance, the host can simply relax and enjoy the company of their beloved.
